  • 10:00 – 11:30 am, 11:00 am-12:30 pm, 4:30-6pm, 5:30-7 pm 
  • $175 per player per week 
  • 8 Players per time slot

Fun and challenging general athletic development in a small class environment. We help kids develop coordinated strength, agility, speed, balance, and body awareness that apply to all sports as well as fitness.  Ages 7-12

  • 12 participants per class
  • 4:30-5:30 pm Monday-Friday (10:00-11:00 am available in the Summer)
  • Anyone interested in a comprehensive fitness or performance program tailored to their individual needs that will be phased to match seasonal competition schedules. 
  • Adults looking to improve strength, balance, and stability.  
  • Adults wanting to lose weight and improve endurance.  
  • Adults looking to improve fitness while working with chronic joint issues. 
  • Athletes of all ages focused on improving speed, coordinated strength and power 
  • Athletes recovering from surgery looking to return to full function and resume play.  
  • Youth athletes wanting to learn the proper weightlifting techniques. 
  • Athletes focused on injury prevention 
  • High School athletes preparing for college athletics. 
  • Middle/High school athletes wanting to gain weight and muscle. 
  • Athletes needing strength and conditioning to prepare for their next season. 
  • College athletes needing an off-season training program (remote or in-person)
