Fun and challenging general athletic development in a small class environment. We help kids develop coordinated strength, agility, speed, balance, and body awareness that apply to all sports as well as fitness. Ages 7-12
- 12 participants per class
- 4:30-5:30 pm Monday-Friday (10:00-11:00 am available in the Summer)
- Anyone interested in a comprehensive fitness or performance program tailored to their individual needs that will be phased to match seasonal competition schedules.
- Adults looking to improve strength, balance, and stability.
- Adults wanting to lose weight and improve endurance.
- Adults looking to improve fitness while working with chronic joint issues.
- Athletes of all ages focused on improving speed, coordinated strength and power.
