Athletic Foundation Classes (Ages 7-12)

  • Entry level classes open to all kids
  • Fun and challenging general athletic development in small class environment (Max of 12)
  • Develop coordinted strength, agility, speed, quickness, footwork, balance, and body aawareness

Open for Two Age Groups

  • Ages 7-9
  • Ages 10-12

 

Flexible Scheduling

Class options based on monthly memberships, ranging from 1-9 months

Classes offered Monday-Friday:

  • 4:30-5:25pm
  • 5:30-6:25pm
  • 6:30-7:25pm

Classes offered Saturday:

  • 1pm: Ages 7-9
  • 2pm: Ages 10-12

2-3 Classes per Week is Recommended

Sports Performance Classes (Ages 13+)

Ages 13+

  • Intermediate level class for athletes (Max of 8)
  • Improve speed, acceleration, change of direction, explosiveness, strength, and power
  • Improve vertical jump, rotational power, and reactive strength
  • Monthly $180-210, based on duration (1 month to 9 months)

Ages 14+

  • Advanced level class for athletes (Max of 6)
  • Improve speed, acceleration, and strength
  • Improve vertical jump, rotational power, and reactive strength with use of free weights, advanced polymetrics, and introduces olympic lifts
  • Monthly $230-260 based on duration (1 month to 9 months)

Small Group Personal Training

  • Sessions are conducted in a 4:1 client to coach ratio to ensure safety and results
  • Every client progresses through their own program individually
  • Individual coaching with every training session to maximize safety and effectiveness
  • 60-minute sessions, additional speed/agility/conditioning sessions included.  

Team Training

Impact performance with sport-specific program designs. Custom programs for preseason and off-season. 

 

Our Team Training program consists of custom classes for teams from any sport. It is designed to drive sport specific improvements in speed, acceleration, explosiveness, strength, power, and energy system development. We focus on injury prevention, preparation for and recovery from the repetitive stress of your sport, mobility, rotational power and reactive strength with the use of targeted sport specific strength training and speed/agility training.
