Cancellation by Nittany Valley Sports Centre:
Weather Cancelation – If an event/program/league, etc. is canceled due to weather, every effort will be made to provide a makeup date and time. If a makeup session is not possible for whatever reason, an account credit will be provided. No refunds will be provided for weather-related cancelations.
Cancelation for reasons other than the weather – If an event/program/league is canceled for a reason other than the weather, every effort will be made to provide a makeup date and time. If a make-up session is not possible for whatever reason, either an account credit or refund will be offered, with the decision being made on a case-to-case basis.
Cancellation by Customer:
If a customer asks to cancel their program/league registration prior to the start of the program/league a full refund will be provided if the request is at least 14 calendar days before the program/league begins. An account credit will be provided if the request is made less than 14 calendar days before the program/league start date. No refunds or account credits will be provided for a cancellation after the start of the program/league. Extreme circumstances may be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
